At Retrokid, we want you to love your vintage-inspired gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we've made our process simple and hassle-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your new exchange items will be dispatched within 5 business days.
